“Expect problems and eat them for breakfast.” – Alfred A Montapert

From “Me Too 365,” by Arnold Kunst
10 April
She slips out of bed on a Saturday morning to allow you the chance to get more of that oh-so-precious, just-before-getting-up rem sleep. She prepares a beautiful breakfast for the two of you. You wake to the sound of  gently shuffling slippers and the aroma of freshly-brewed coffee – hey, is that bliss or what?
Then, an hour later she mentions diplomatically, "As soon as you get up you can wash the dishes." You point out, "But I'm a busy man." and she ends the conversation by saying, not quite diplomatically, "You can be busy washing the dishes!"
If you’ve got half the brains God gave a goose you’ll get the message: wash the dishes.
